Fr. Joseph Mary Dean was born into a Catholic family with a good formation and Sunday Mass attendance, but in his early teen years, he rebelled against God, diving into what the world had to offer: popularity, parties, girls, alcohol, drugs. None of this fulfilled him and he knew that it wasn’t making him happy... But, he had changed so much that he hardly even recognized himself. One day, out of the blue, his father invited him to a retreat, and he went only because he miraculously got the days off work. That retreat changed his life.
